The Co-Active Music Factory is delighted to announce the publication of THE MILLER AND HAMMONDS SONGBOOK - a volume of 24 new songs from London composer CHARLES MILLER and New York lyricist KEVIN HAMMONDS, containing a wealth of material suitable for both cabaret performance and auditions. Although relatively unknown to the general public, the songs of Miller & Hammonds are rapidly gaining a reputation amongst aficionados of musical theatre. Critic Mark Shenton of The Stage writes: "West End producers are missing out on a potential goldmine of hit musicals....Those lucky enough to be at the theatre were amongst the privileged few who in future years may be able to say they were then when these major talents were first brought to fuller attention." First published in 2003, this volume contains a wealth of songs suitable for both cabaret performances and auditions from the pen of London composer Charles Miller, whose collaborations with lyricists Kevin Hammonds & Adam Bard have won acclaim from press and performers alike.
Although relatively unknown to the general public, the songs of Charles Miller are rapidly gaining a reputation amongst aficionados of musical theatre. Critic Mark Shenton of The Stage writes: "West End producers are missing out on a potential goldmine of hit musicals. Indeed, I would even go so far as to suggest that Radio 2 or 4 are also missing out on an investment in such fine talent...Those lucky enough to be at the theatre were amongst the privileged few who in future years may be able to say they were there when these major talents were first brought to fuller attention".
